Robert S. Green, J.D. - President & CEO

Robert is an accomplished entrepreneur and attorney with a unique perspective gained practicing law at a major New York law firm, founding and operating six successful companies and leading Arizona’s bioscience trade group. In 2001 he was named an Entrepreneurial Fellow by the University of Arizona Eller College of Management, and in 2003 he received an Arizona Spirit of Success Award from then Governor Janet Napolitano. Robert graduated City University of New York Magna Cum Laude and Fordham University School of Law with honors.

Brian W. Chong, M.D. - Chief Medical Officer

Brian founded the endovascular surgical neuroradiology practice at Mayo Clinic, Arizona. He received his M.D. from the University of Toronto and completed his advanced training at University of Toronto, Emory and at the University of California, San Diego where he was the American Society of Neuroradiology Basic Science Research Fellow. He has over 20 years of experience treating cerebrovascular disease. Brian is a renowned expert in the field and has collaborated with industry on the validation of several medical technologies used to treat cerebrovascular disease.

Haithem Babiker, Ph.D. - Chief Technology Officer

Haithem is one of the inventors of the EndoVantage technology. He received a BSE in Bioengineering and Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at ASU. He is deeply versed in computational simulation, medical device modeling and FDA requirements.
